Toronto is located at 43 degrees North latitude and is one of the more southerly parts of Canada, with the most southerly part being the tip of Point Pelee in Lake Huron at 41 degrees North latitude.

Weather in Toronto can be cool in late October, with daytime highs in the 10-15 degree Celsius range and nighttime temperatures around 0 degrees Celsius [mid-50's Fahrenheit in the day and around 32 Fahrenheit at night].

Make sure to bring warm clothes suitable for cool, changeable conditions. While it is unusual for Toronto to have snow as early as the end of October, it has been known to happen!

Toronto is in the Eastern Time Zone and observes Daylight savings time between the second Sunday in March through the first Sunday in November. Eastern Time is UTC/GMT -4 hours.
